Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine is a clinical subject that uses the basic theories and methods of traditional Chinese medicine to understand and study the anatomy, physiology, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment rules of women, so as to prevent and treat women's specific diseases. It is an important part of clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and one of the main courses in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine. The teaching hours of this course are 60, and the teaching method is mainly classroom teaching.
Introducing causes and treatments of common fractures
Orthopaedics science of TCM covers an overview of its development history, concepts and principles. Other topics to be widely touched are etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic injuries and diseases. It also deals with trauma management, and the various TCM therapy to fractures, dislocations, tendon injuries, internal injuries, bone disease and other diseases related to orthopaedics.
Pathology is a bridge course of basic medical
and clinical course,
and also the first course
students begin to learn in the relevant area. Pathology research focuses on the study of the disease of organs,
tissues and cell morphology changes (pathological changes). Based on the
pathological changes of common rules, pathology studies the occurrence and
development of different diseases as well as special laws. In addition, it also
investigates the aetiology, pathogenesis, predilection sites, outcome and
prognosis and clinic pathological correlation of corresponding. Through the
study of Pathology, students will essentially (cell and molecular levels)
understand the disease, which is a basis for learning a variety of external
performance after the clinical course of disease (signs and symptoms).
Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine
It
is essential for students learning
TCM to learn from old and ancient Chinese medical
books/literature, as they contain
information of high relevance to TCM. It equips students with knowledge and skills to
derive information of medical value found in the books/literature.
To provide a fundamental foundation for students to
know TCM in deep detail which entails the complete history from origin until
what TCM is today. The knowledge is to develop appreciation and to value TCM,
nurturing students to be passionate about TCM, at the same time, to be
outward-looking to challenges and developments taking place that impacts TCM.
