This course mainly focuses on the history of development of aesthetics. The purpose of this course is to help students to familiarize the core concepts of aesthetics and able to read the aesthetics related literature. In addition, students will be cultivated aesthetic vision and apply it accordingly to appreciate aesthetics works. Using an aesthetic perspective to evaluate the world life, students will enhance their aesthetic taste and therefore nuture humanities characteristics.
