In course of teaching, some associated movies and videos will also be provided to students so as to make the class more attractive and interesting. Students will not only get to know American history by means of its presidents, but also improve their English in both textbook learning and classroom activities

The humanity is gearing towards 17 Sustainable Development Goals as agreed by over 180 countries at the United Nations in the year 2015. There is a tremendous potential for the youth to capitalize on the numerous business opportunities that have unfolded as a result. The key objective of this course is to offer students the broad picture of entrepreneurship with a special focus on start up eco-systems. This course would enable students to practically identify business opportunities and relate them to sustainable development goals. Hands on sessions supported by seminars, case studies, guest lectures and practical (group and individual) exercises would enable students to create value proposition canvas, business model canvas, minimum viable product (MVP) and cash flow projections. The culmination of all the activities would finally lead students to pitch their business ideas to potential investors as the final assessment.

Concentrating on evaluative and interpretive film analysis through application of film approaches, this course intends to highlight film writing which tends to be less interested in advertising cinema and concentrates on what narratives a particular film may have, appreciating its forms and functions.

presentation through weekly practical trainings. At the end of the course, students are expected to master professional skills not only to
convey their presentation in simple and clear language, but they are also easily to be understood in professional settings

This course is designed for students who have previously taken Beginning and Intermediate German courses. On the one hand, it focuses on communicative competence and linguistic functional ability. The lessons cover grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation as well as skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. On the other hand, the focus of this course will be on real-life language use, the integration of German and Germanic culture and language, and the acquisition of the four skills: reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Students will practice spoken German in a variety of contexts and will develop communicative tactics and vocabulary to improve oral expression and conversation. Through a variety of activities, students will improve their phonetic production while developing vocabulary and the capacity to express ideas in a myriad of functional settings. Topics may include: Germanic culture, current events, travel, music, and sports. Through the development of successful reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension skills, the students will reach the advanced-level in German learning. In order to achieve a much greater effect, instructor will adapt the content of this course to students’ needs.
