-International Corporate Governance, IBU309*, this course is aimed at helping students to construct an effective corporate governance framework applicable to different legal systems as well as corporate structures.

data and its relevance in business and develop an understanding of the
quantitative techniques from statistics. A particular emphasis is placed on
developing the ability to interpret the numerical information that forms the
basis of decision-making in business. Most of the examples are drawn from a
variety of business applications. This course introduces business statistics
and fundamental aspects of decision-making. It examines aspects of business and
marketing with regards to basic statistical analysis. Students will be provided
with the theoretical concepts, tools and methods of statistics as well as the
opportunity to work through example problems.
Objectives:
· To enable students understand the basic theories and concepts of management.
· To lay foundation for further courses study in advanced management.
· To learn to use the basic model to analyze the managerial phenomenon.
Elective course for non business bachelor degree students
It is a 5-week course that its topics focused on business and administrative communication relevant for organization/business performance.
Introductory course of accounting.
Teaching the principles of management for 2022/9 semester. the basic contents include but not limited to the the topics such as planning, organizing , leading , staffing and control, etc.
