Principles of management is a common course fo SEM students. It focuses on the four main functions of management such as planning, organizing, leading and control and some other issues of management.
This course explains the formal analysis of entrepreneurship in theory and practice leading on to a consideration of creativity of doing business. It introduces students to what it means to be an entrepreneur, the fundamental tools of the trade and the role of entrepreneurship both as it has been and as it currently is. Students will be introduced to the theoretical concepts of entrepreneurial venture creation in a range of contexts. The course concludes with the practical application of these theories and concepts in business planning and business concept presentation.
