“Anatomy", which belongs to the category of morphology in the biological sciences, is the study of the morphological structure of normal human body science. Systematic anatomy learning aims to help students understand and grasp normal morphology and structural characteristics of every organ system in the human bodies as well as to provide the morphological basis necessary for learning other basic medicine and preventive medicine curriculum.
First aid refers to the emergency or immediate care provided when a person is injured or ill until full medical treatment is available. For minor conditions, first aid care may be enough. For serious problems, first aid care should be continued until more advanced care becomes available. The decision to act appropriately with first aid can mean the difference between life and death. This course gives a basic introduction to the condition or emergency situation, then describes the common signs and symptoms and first aid treatment. The list of signs and symptoms focuses on the key features of the condition so you can recognize it and offer the appropriate initial first aid treatment.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
CLO 1 Demonstrate knowledge and enhanced clinical skills in the use of the four TCM diagnostic methods. as well as apply reasonably syndrome differentiation analysis, treatment methods, prescriptions and medical cases record. (P5,PLO3)
CLO 2 Explain an awareness to uphold ethical, humanistics and professional values required of a TCM practitioner in clinic practice. (A3,PLO11)
CLO 3 Describe the value to continually seek knowledge and information to enhance their professional practice skills and development.(A1,PLO9)

Medical statistics deals with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of masses of data in medical research using the basic ideas and methods of Statistics. It is a fundamental subject area in modern medical research. Due to the variability of biological phenomena, various factors are perplexing. Even experimental and observational results in medical research are often affected by many factors. Therefore, medical scientific conclusions can be made based on the statistics. With the availability of a wide choice of statistics software, complex statistical calculations can be solved quickly and conveniently. Medical students should understand and be familiar with the basic ideas, methods and applications of statistics, and be able to read the results of data analysis correctly. This course mainly introduces the principles and methods of medical statistics based on medical events, free of the complicated calculation process. Thus, the course focuses on developing students' statistical analysis thinking to enhance their skills to conduct scientific research in their professional study and clinical practice.
