Students will apply these concepts using Microsoft Excel through hands-on activities and a group assignment. By the end of the course, they will be able to analyze and interpret business data to support decisions in finance, marketing, and e-commerce. The course also builds essential skills in critical thinking, teamwork, and communication for today's global and digital business environment.

•Interactions within and between teams/groups
•Organization as a whole
•Recognizes and takes the organizational behavior lenses on issues, including - wellbeing, power, culture, and change.
•Begins to develop critical approaches and skills in organizational behavior analysis
